One of our clients in Brampton is looking for Forklift Operators for their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse or distribution facility.

Shift Details: Night Shift
Monday-Friday : 12:00AM-8:00AM
Pay: $20.80-$21.85/hour starting
Duties:
• Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, or containers.
• Move and stack materials according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Stacking of bins, aways, Replenishing, and Material Handling
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or loss.
• Perform routine inspections of forklifts and other equipment, reporting maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the warehouse and storage areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets.
Qualifications:
• 3+ Years of Experience & a Valid Forklift License
• Ability to work 40 hours a week & have reliable transportation to get to work
• Must have a car as this role is not transit accessible
Requirements:
• Valid Forklift License – Raymond Reach, Counter Balance, Walkie
Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems (WMS) Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
Note: Experience with specific types of forklifts such as order pickers or clamp trucks is a plus.
